What You receive with a purchase….

We are sure you have questions about what you receive when you purchase lessons right? Sure you do! So here is the skinny on what you get as of this posting, and yes this could change in the future but this represents today.

The contents of the lessons consist of a flash video file for each lesson (.flv) and the associated lesson text in Portable Document Format (PDF). Future videos may be produced in other formats.

You will receive an email after your purchase with a link to the lesson downloads. It may take up to one business day to process the order. A DSL or Cable speed internet connection is practically required to download these lessons. Most are going to be over 25 megabytes in size. If you have dial-up you may want to find a friend who has a faster connection.

What You need to get….

You will need a flash player application, searching google for “flv player for windows” or “flv player for osx” will yield a mind numbing number of results. So here is a a couple that seem to work well. If you find one for either Windows or Mac and think it totally rocks your world then place a post to let everyone know. Unfortunately we don’t have the resources to support these applications. So hopefully not only are you becoming guitar savvy but you are also somewhat computer literate.

To view the PDF you will need any application which will open an Adobe Acrobate PDF file. This is standard on many new personal computers.
